Trotz seines Namens hat er nichts mit dem allgemein bekannten Eistee zu tun. In den 1920er Jahren wollten die Thekengäste heimlich Hochprozentiges konsumieren. Der dafür entwickelte Codename war und ist bis heute: Long Island Iced Tea[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Die Zutaten:

- 1,5 cl Vodka
- 1,5 cl Rum
- 1,5 cl Gin
- 1,5 cl Tequila
- 1,5 Triple sec
- 2 cl Zitronensaft
- 1 cl Zuckersirup
- 5 cl Cola
- Eiswürfel
